Jemma or Grant; Daisy vs. Laurel; Fitz or Hunter

Jemma OR Grant: Grant, easily. I love Jemma, but like I said yesterday I’m not a fan of her intellectual elitism. Honestly she wasn’t even one of my favorite characters at first for just that reason, but shipping her with Grant made me like her. He’s broken and messy and easily the most complex character on the show. I can feel a sympathy for him I can’t about anyone else. Plus, he’s got the added benefit of being dead, where Jemma’s still alive and was subjected to the mass character assassinations of s5.
Daisy VS Laurel: I’m probably being biased here but it’s my ask thing so I’m gonna say Laurel. They’d start out hand-to-hand because Daisy’s got some weird non-escalation rule going on (not her fault, it’s to make fight scenes last longer and be more dramatic), but she’d eventually stop playing around and use her powers. Laurel’s got experience with team Arrow so she’ll manage to deflect or avoid and then use her own canary cry in retaliation. And the show’s completely forgotten that Daisy can vibrate stuff other than air so she won’t be able to quake apart the choker. But they’d make up in the end and be friends so it’d all work out.
Fitz OR Hunter: Hunter. Sorry, Fitz, but Hunter won me over in a big way in s2. I hated him at first but somewhere along the way laughing at him became feeling bad for him. And he chose Coulson and co when the easy thing would’ve been to turn on them and stick with Bobbi and real shield. And he had the good sense to get out of dodge before the second half of s5 ruined everyone, Fitz included.
