I was going to make a general infamous IF theories post but I was replaying a scene and need to record a thought:

I've seen speculation that Dakota is related to Victor in some way (kid, step-kid, etc.) which I think is interesting, but I've also been thinking about the possibility of Dakota being more connected to the MusicNow production than to Heavenly Isle, mostly based on a comment they make about Cory "keeping their spot warm" and another comment about them being forced to either be around the production or not, which doesn't immediately seem to connect to Viktor.

So: my current theory is that Dakota is the child of higher ups in either the label or the production company. Specifically, they may be Craig Langford's kid (president of the network).
