You’re constantly filling the streets with bodies and there are no ramifications for this. There are ramifications for everything you say and do. Everyone’s bisexual. There’s a dragon in the mine. You lose everyone and everything you love and care about and it’s inevitable. Isabela gets an STI at one point. Merrill is a blood mage. You go from rags to riches to going on the run. You have a dog. You set your friend up on a date with the guy she likes. You hunt down a serial killer who takes the last member of your family away. Your doctor friend is possessed and loves cats and commits domestic terrorism. You have no control. You control everything.

Eastern Washington State is experiencing a devastating wildfire season and communities have been heavily impacted. @art-for-eastern-washington-2026 is doing a commission fundraiser to help with relief efforts and I'm participating!

my favorite chargestep dynamic is step being highly stupid in very simple ways to the point where Ortega knows they must've been like, a caged bird of a child, never allowed to do anything, probably homeschooled, is about to ask what "garlic flavor" means, and then one day they're 3 beers in and start speaking about classic literature and geopolitcs like they're an aristocrat at a fancy dinner

It will never not be funny to me that the Seven and Avina ship name is "Savina." Even their fans don't give Seven equal investment in that relationship. It could have been "Sevina" so easily but no, literally everyone knows that Avina is driving that ship and Seven is just kinda there by happenstance. Hilarious. 100/10. Best of luck to them both.

I've been thinking about this, and I think you're right that it's going to be a secret for a good long while, and speculation will be rampant for a bit. You mentioned in your tags that it has to be secret until the show is over, which yes. Possibly (probably) longer! But consider:

If MC's band wins BOTB, they will be touring with Misfit Alley for several months. Currently everything points to Victoria's career taking off, meaning she's probably not touring with them, they just have meetups sometimes. So MC and G will be in close proximity for months, performing at the same shows, probably making music together, while Victoria is in another state, shooting on location. But! at the same time, ValenReign is legitimately so much happier together, and showing it more outside of PR shoots.

The drama. The speculation. They're so close, isn't it cute how G calls MC "Rookie" or "Chosen One"? Don't you love the songs they're writing together? Wasn't that duet they did at that one concert so great? Did you see that Victoria liked and reposted that duet clip? Was that MC in the background in that ValenReign vidcall someone recorded and leaked?? Wait, is that MC in a hat and sunglasses visiting Vic while G is shooting some other promo??? HAS ANYONE ASKED THE BANDS OR THE BOTB CAST????

Vic and MC both get hate, G gets some but less. Viktor is probably fired at this point, but may be losing his mind either way.
