I may have tequila’d and taco’d too much last night, so working out was a liiiittle rough today🍹🌮But them goals thoughhh💪🏻
The difference in these photos is very minimal, but there’s a difference. It’s been SUCH a long time since I’ve been able to see changes in my body. I’m proud of this small difference. I can’t wait for next months comparison!💪🏻💦
Starting to post my weekly stats here to start actually comparing! I never sleep with my tracker on, because I sleep like a tornado, so don't mind that😂
Ahh this picture does no justice to the sweat that occurred tonight😂 I told you guys I was hitting 500 cals on my bike for thirty minutes. I did it💪🏻💦 setting small goals like this make it so much more rewarding along your journey! Shower time, pretty little liars, and sweet, sweet bedtime😴
GUYS salmon is my new favorite. Tonight’s is BBQ rubbed and I’m in love! Two pieces at 480 cals, 8g carbs, 30g fat, 44g protein🤤😋
❗️PCOS Rant❗️ So I left my doctors office today (best doctor ever) and I couldn’t help but be discouraged. We’ve been monitoring my weight since I began seeing her in 2013, as it’s one of my main side effects of PCOS. We were looking at my charts from the last few years and my weight has been a rollercoaster. I’m still up from my lowest and it’s incredibly frustrating. It gets so discouraging busting your ass and not seeing any results. People always tell me “just eat right and workout”. I wish it was that fucking easy but that’s not always the case. Trust me. PCOS is not an excuse and I don’t often talk about it as one. Sometimes it’s just so god damn hard dealing with it. That’s why I love my doctor. She doesn’t look at me as a number on the scale. She looks at me like a person. For those of you who suffer from PCOS and it’s nasty side effects, just know I’m here. No one quite understands polycystic ovarian syndrome like we do. They can sympathize, but no one will understand how truly crippling this disease can be. Never give up and know that I am always here if you need a shoulder to cry on or an ear to bitch to👌🏻
#facetofacefriday Blows my mind💥
