Dalek Headcanon- Vestigial Claw

Based on various anatomical differences in Classic and New, as well as chatting with @onebluedalek, I had a thought on the 'Vestigial Claw'

This may have been more common in early-breed Dalek Mutants, as well as space-time variants.

What is done with this body part depends on if it has function, or truly vestigial. Some Daleks can use these as crude hands, and some others keep the claws as self defense. Most have them amputated.

In my own oc types, the Cephalix rarely has them, but the Black River Dalek has adapted these further- The 'fingers' have merged and make a retractable spur. This spur is attached to venom glands that not only create their own venom, but also collect toxins from their environment/food.

Dalek Headcanon- 'Mutual Warmth'

Certain Dalek variants, such as Cephalix, Sin of Empathy, and other odd strains, can experience beyond crude emotions.

Arkreli experienced attraction to Vanna, SVES, and Vess. To him, it feels like warmth. Warmth that envelops and comforts the whole body, and a desire to share that warmth with the one they feel it for.

Arkreli would, honestly, love nothing more to be held and hold onto Vess, feeling that mutually-felt warmth together.
