“Don’t fucking come back until you’re sober.” (doppo to hifumi)
The whole night had become a happy, giggly blur. One of his precious kittens had come in to celebrate her birthday, and had insisted that he drink with her from the moment she walked through the door, until the very last pour of her very last bottle. Despite precautions being taken by the staff at Fragrance, it had still been just enough to take him from tipsy to full on drunk.
Was it really his fault if he was a little too loud when he got home, where his exhausted roommate had been trying to sleep? Sure, Doppo must have been used to him making noise at all hours, but not to that extent. Hifumi had thrown away all consideration for anyone else that might have been within earshot. He'd helped himself to some leftovers from the refrigerator -- taking them to Doppo's room to eat and chat without checking the time.
He had barely shrugged off his jacket before he was ushered back out the door; his food left behind and forgotten. It wasn't much of a loss, however, as he'd neglected to warm it up before making his way to his other half to have someone to talk to.
"Doppo-chin," he whined, pouting at the redhead. He wanted to promise that he wouldn't be loud anymore -- that he'd let him sleep for work the next day -- but couldn't keep a straight face as he attempted to form the words and push them out into the open. He didn't want to be quiet. He didn't want to sit around and watch television. He wanted to party, to play, to talk until he passed out. Oh well... maybe he could find a karaoke bar or something to help work off his excess energy.
