look… bein a system can be hard and full of conflict and annoyin as all heck… and lord knows it’s a lot of hard work
but it can also be fun and joyful and beautiful!
I think we all needa remember that each and every headmate is here for a reason. we’re here to be family, to help each other out, to solve problems together
you’re allowed to celebrate when you collaborate, to be happy when you have inside jokes, and to be grateful when a headmate gives you a shoulder to cry on
and you’re allowed to rejoice, because when nobody else has your back, a headmate will!
