I feel this. I have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth, and sometimes it wiggles (which it isn’t supposed to do) and I worry about it a lot

it's really annoying! and i've had mine for like 12 years, it shouldn't have to be there that long. like there's not even any of that cement stuff holding it there anymore so i don't know how it's still there
