Damaja definitely didn't want their first meeting to go this way... He imagined Busara would present him to their offspring, explain why he hid himself all those months, why he led a solitary life while staying a shaman at their pride... But all his plans went to waste, when his curiosity made him follow his kids' pawprints - only to find them in a life-threatening situation and having to get his paws bloody dirty to get them out of trouble. Nyesha is very sceptical about this stranger, that has just showed up and saved their butts lives. Like, what was he doing there? Did someone send him? Maybe was he actually also a danger to her and her brother? She has to suspend her suspicions, when the black-maned giant asks her to leave Manesha with him in his dark, creepy den to fetch the rest of the pride. ___ So, Manesha and Nyesha first time meeting their dad! Nyesha is a teenager here, a few moons older than her brother. She only heard about her father from mom's tale, and she know her favourite uncle Nuru is his brother. Damaja is used to be an emo teenager, and he grew to be an edgy, unstable young adult. He definitely had a lot of issues - and he didn't want his cubs to meet him at his worst. That's why he waited with the introduction. And he hoped, that they will understand. (Spoiler: Nyesha needed some time, but he was Manesha's favourite from this day.) Oh, yes, I know Manie looks to big to be carried. My bad. Dama's poor teeth.

- I don't expect you to trust me with your life, not right now. But I promise I can be a useful to your pride... and to you, Busara. ___ As mentioned on my last subimission, here is a new character to the Westlanders. Introducing Jua! You might have seen a similar design (resembling Mufasa's stature a little bit) in a doodle dump. Jua appears near Busara's pride one day and very quickly earns their trust - well, maybe not everyone's - and asks to join them. He is a friendly, helpful, nice guy, he hasn't done anything (spoiler: yet!) to make the leader not trust him. She is still a bit sceptical, though - is it her intuition, or maybe have Damaja's words gotten to her? There is a series of picture coming. Hopefully. If I draw them. They won't be perfect, but I have a story to show. I already screwed up the first picture lol (coming soo). Busara (c) @Ki-Re
