Hey are you jewish? I ask because I'm not sure and it makes me uncomfortable when goyim talk about Israel/Palestine and Zionism because all jews tend to get lumped together in the discussion and it just adds to antisemitism.
I'm not, and this is probably a serious thing for you to bring up, so thank you for doing so. I actively try not to lump together all Jewish people (hence me specifying Zionists and not just Jews, especially since a lot of Jews were not Zionists) when discussing Israel/Palestine, though obviously if it seems like I am that is a problem.
It seems like the whole Israel/Palestine thing is not the fault of Jews, but rather of European colonialists, which can be seen in the methods which the Israeli government used to forcibly resettle Palestine, especially Plan Dalet/al-Nakba (which I would argue is still continuing today, though to a lesser extent). Israel is a state which was formed through colonialism, and what it is doing to Palestinians and African Jews is unjustifiable and wrong, and motivated by racism and imperialism. However, that is the fault of Israel, not of Jews. Conflating what Israel is doing with what all Jews are doing/want to do/believe is antisemitic, as you brought up, so I do not do that.
I'm apologize that my post came across as being antisemitic, and I will definitely consider that in the future when talking about Israel/Palestine.
