(PART3/3) he always hangs out with her and I see them at school all the time and it makes me sick and I just wanna break down and cry all the time… I don’t want to get back with him… I don’t think… Im just hurt and seeing him with another girl makes it 10 times worse… I need help because I wanna get over him, but i still have so many feelings for him and he ended it so fast and ugh, I just don't know what to do

aw baby i know so much how you feel! don’t you worry, everything will be fine okay? i know how hard it is to forget a guy, and seeing him happy with someone else is even harder. we,re thousands of girls thinking were alone in this situation, thousands to cry ourselves to sleep at night, thousands to hurt because of a guy who doesn’t deserve it. it’s hard, i know, and it’s maybe not the first time and probably won’t the only time, but trust me, you’ll get over it. it may take months, a hundred boxes of kleenex and a  dozen of ice cream bowls, but one day, you’ll be able to see him and think: wow, what an asshole. was i really in love with..that?

you’re not alone, baby. try to hang out with your friends, talk with someone you trust about it, and mostly, do things that you know will make you happy. try to please yourself more often, smile more, laugh more, and be strong. he’s not worth your tears. i love you xxx
