I hate the penny incident the most with bojack because he was fully Sober or at least more sober than with sarah lynn/gina where he was high on drugs (blacking out 99 percent in to much man that is why i side eye the 17 mins because he was far to out of it to plot anything for it to make sense. ) or with the pain killers it was all so many circumstances that lead to ginas tragedy diane writing philbert jump off a building bj being dense enough to fire his stunt double where he breaks his bones, pc getting him pills when yashouldnevergiveanaddictpills.. his mom dying his fallout with diane leaidng to more pill addictions .. not saying he has zero blame because he has Blame.. but i felt a lot of circumstances were also toblame . and F FLIP too.

While with PENNY..

its worse because it was so selfish ..He was shunned by Charlotte.. a married woman so his homewrecking plans were ruined because she told him to BEAT IT.. He decided to make himself feel better by having Pennywhen in the back of his head he knows its wrong .. and before that he previously got her friend maddison drunk to the point she had to go to the ER because he didnt at least make sure she didnt overdo it.. and then scared the shit out of Pete into keeping quiet. I wonder what his plan was when this all came out. if the penny thing a/him trying to kiss charlotte didnt happen. he was so sure it wouldn't get out but it would he just came like a hurricane and ruined 3 lifes that day. for me the penny situation is worse because he was Sober.. and that is just more scary to me than a man whose sense of reason is impaired by drugs..

not that gina isn't terrifying.. it def was.. but a sober min d that can act like that .. is just scarier.. so for me that's his worse moment..

but thats just my opinion.. Iknow people view 17 mins as worse cause sarah lynn is dead. but i just dont view it as good canon i think he had enough history to already cancel him and that it was a weak twist. preferring it as 50/50 blame as she was a full grown adult and penny was just a kid and a . adult taking adavnatge of a kid is just worse to me.

i also refuse to belive he had it good in prison as the show implied after what came out about him with high school kids and sarah lynn. like.. those people .. do not have a good time in prison..

I feel a lot of things would ahve gone better if bojack thought things through.. instead of acting on selfish what will make me feel good in the moment.. which i feel is also why a lot of us relate to him in a way.. chaising some high if only to feel happy for a second.. not in hurt teens sense .. but chasing a high to feel better /taking pills to cope with depression medontrecommend.. /indulging in sweets.... i get it.

this show makes me feel sad for everyone.. even the abusers.. I find it so interesting how it tells the pov of an abuser
