It’s a few months into their stay at the hotel, and by now everyone knows who everyone is

So it’s not surprising to see James, Zach, Chris, Damon, and Y/N sitting in the Blue Parrot Lounge, talking together

It’s late though, nearly 3:30 in the morning, and y/n’s eyes are starting to flutter

Damon notices, as he always does, and wraps a gentle arm around her shoulder, tucking her into her side

Y/N refuses to fall asleep though, and keeps gripping Damon’s thigh to keep herself awake

Damon is rubbing his thumb over her collarbone, trying to soothe and relax her into falling asleep

Zach and Chris are talking to one another, Zach with his legs draped over Chris’ lap

Damon’s focused on the conversation while trying to get y/n to sleep

While James is sitting at the head of the table quietly, smirking as he watches

His daughter jerks every few minutes, trip tiightening on her boyfeiend’s leg, before it goes lax and her eyes close- only to repeat

He doesn’t say anything, simply watches before after a while, y/n no longer twitches

Her head is lolled on Damon’s shoulder, hair splayed out across his shirt

Damon is still rubbing her collarbone, a lazy smile on his face as his eyes sleep shut as well

Chris and Zach are still talking, before realizing both their ‘leaders’ have fallen asleep

“They’re a good fit. They’ll last even into death,” James speaks, startling the boys.

“Yeah,” Chris nods, “it’s always been like that.”

James smiles, “And it always will be.”

Cheating the Devil Headcanon’s

Damon and Y/N get caught having sex at The Cortez

So, Zach and Chris are down at the Blue Parrot Lounge chatting with Liz and Sally, and Y/N and Damon are in the hotel room ‘figuring out plans for the next heist’

When in reality

Damon has Y/N pinned against the wardrobe, with his hand around her throat

Y/N is clawing at his exposed back and squeezing his waist with her bare thighs, whimpering desperately against his ear

Damon is pounding into her, and the wardrobe is probably a few minutes away from losing its fucking door

But then

There’s two high-pitched giggles from the bed

Damon’s the one who hears it first, stopping his thrusts with an inhuman growl

He reaches into the waistband of his undone jeans and pulls out his pistol, startling the shit out of her

“Oi! I didn’t say yes to gun play tonight!”

But the gun isn’t pointed at her, it’s pointed at two girls on the bed

She blink, confused by their presence

“Oh.”

“What the fuck are you doing in my hotel room?”

Damon is more confrontational and annoyed than Y/N- she’s just confused

The girls grin and tilt their heads, “We wanted to watch.” “And join.”

Both her and Damon shout “No!” As the girls start to stand up.

Damon fires the gun and Y/N rolls her eyes, not wanting to deal with the clean up of two bodies

But

They vanish just as the bullets pierce their skin

They’re both shocked

And silent

But Damon is still hard and twitching inside her, and she’s still throbbing

So, she shrugs it off and bucks her hips

Damon takes the hint and puts his gun back in his waist band, before thrusting back into her as if nothing happened

But he trusts her so he doesn’t say anything he just wathes her

And he loves her so it’s fine

But he can’t help but glare

But then she’s smiling really wide and Damon’s heart flutters

But her and Donovan are talking about when she was young

And how clingy she was

And how different she seems

And how it’s weird seeing her hang out with guys and have a boyfriend

But him and Damon still hate each other so he doesn’t say anything nice

But there’s a silent understanding that Y/N is important and she has to be protected

So they silently glare at eachother until Y/N drugs Damon out
