What are the chances of a "Meanwhile..." set in the new structure? Set 1 on plane A, set 2 on plane B, set 3 on plane A again?

Bolas already has a planeswalker card. This is someone new (and native to Amonkhet which Bolas is not) who has never had a planeswalker card.
