MEET GROUNDBREAKER DAN KITROSSER
Dan Kitrosser
www.dankitrosser.com
From Philadelphia, PA
He has a dog named Daisy (as seen above). She is a rescue pit bull and utterly delightful!
He saw Into the Woods at Akiba Hebrew Academy High School, when he was 6 years old:
“It was all of my favorite characters and they were singing and they were adults and they were doing it, right there in front of me. I've since met the actors who were in that production--they are teachers and lawyers and guidance counselors--and I act like they are hallowed celebrities.”
He wrote a play and submitted it to Groundbreakers! (Spoiler: he got accepted)
Groundbreakers Play: THIRD PERSON
What’s the play about?? In short: Buck gets hit by lightening and narrates his own life. It bothers his family.
SEE MORE OF DAN’S WORK
WideEyed Productions is producing Dan’s new Play DEAD SPECIAL CRABS at The Barrow Group Theatre, Nov. 7 - Dec. 6
Theatre for the People is producing his even newer play AMSTERDAM in 2015
He is in the process of working with Fox Studios to adapt my play THE MUMBLINGS into a TV series
Last but not least, if you meet Dan don’t ever call him Chelsea.
“ In elementary school, my brother imitated Bill Clinton. So the bullies called me Chelsea….”
