Just Great Management Looking for Emerging Artists for Management, Career Coaching and Artist Development
Opportunity: http://www.musicxray.com/profiles/1533 The backbone of the music business still depends on great songs delivered by great artists. The greatest artist in the world still needs a great song to do him/her justice.. and the greatest songs in the world are made to come alive in the hands of a truly great artist. I have worked under and been mentored by several people whose ears and abilities to work with iconoclastic people, from Ray Charles to Mick Jagger. I myself have worked with artist from Paul Simon to Stevie Nicks, producers from Arif Mardin to Jimmy Iovine, enginners from Tom Dowd to Shelly Yakus, executives from Ahmet Ertegun to Doug Morris. I have worked for two major labels, Atlantic Records & A&M Records, and done records for most of the majors from Columbia to Arista. In addition to records, I have worked on films, TV shows, national commercials, Broadway shows, live performances, music videos and online games. These days I work exclusively with emerging artists in many different genres, and about 25% of the people I have worked with the the six years I have been in this particular position, have realized significant boosts to their careers. Sometimes I help by directly funneling a song or an act to a specific record label or music supervisor, sometimes I feel the artist needs a little push in the right place to make their work beyond reproach... regardless, I know how to work with and for an artist and I would be happy to do the same for YOU!! A portion of each submission goes toward the Save The Children Fund.
