wrote a strongly worded email to my work today bc my manager told me last night that they have removable signs for gender neutral toilets "for when it's convenient to have them" and didn't seem to see the issue with that

something about how buying a birthday cake for myself is making me really emotional. something about this being the first birthday i’m not spending with my family. something about being in my own space and open and loved but still not feeling quite right. something about how turning a new decade is terrifying the shit out of me. something about the fact i spend most of my days alone (which is FINE and i like it) but something about it being my birthday tomorrow that just makes it all a bit pathetic. something about all that.

i tried to play skyrim to assert my big real boy status and here is my review:

Visuals are nice and pretty if a little samey

LOVED the character customisation bit and also the dragon!!! wish there was more dragon content

I enjoyed the interacting with villages bit that was nice

Wish there were more vampires and gay people

Don’t like the controls very much 

I accidentally stole some shit while trying to figure out the controls and now I can’t play it because every time i open the game i get beaten to death by very strong thugs

Overall don’t like. i will be returning to my gay little games and also half life 2 because it was hard and i don’t play games to concentrate on things i play games to shoot things and also organise. thank you

the really fun thing about being trans is that i’m so scared of being trans that i don’t think i’ll ever be able to transition which is really nice
