I feel that one of the things that I need to do is to relax some of my conditions as an older artist. As someone who has been going at it for a while, and have been semi successful in different ways... I need to have this, the students have to be like this, and the space has to be clean and everyone needs to be on time and all of these things... and then I can relax and really do what I do... I just have to start to relax a little bit of these things and see if I can manage to adapt and transmit some of the value of what is going on in different conditions, so that it can permeate, it can infiltrate, it can go both ways, I can meet the culture, the culture can meet me, what is relevant can go across and then it can go on. If I keep creating these boundaries, “I need this, I have to have this...” not just  money but many different conditions, it’s very demanding to change conditions all the time. Many things about it. I realize how conditioned I am, and how conditional my well-being is, I am aiming to try get more fearless and less conditional in how I am working so that it can work.
