Dancing Cigarettes were one of those strange bands that went unrecognized and overlooked. They were from one of those “flyover states”, Indiana specifically, were they did their thing alongside bands like Dow Jones and the Industrials, crafting weird punk/post-punk jams and slowly building themselves a following in their hometown of Bloomington. Be prepared for the appearance of the saxophone having a fit and thrashing around on the floor.
