It's a known fact throughout the hills that the art of dancing a jig has been passed down through the lineage of Art Guard 145's family through five or six branches of the family tree. When the holler cardiologist noticed his daily jig wasn't fulfilling the exercise needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle, 145 created what was initially called "forward jiggin" then quickly renamed "Jig Joggin." I suppose if I were to explain it to a stranger, I'd say Jig Joggin is like regular jogging with a little bit more of a scoot and shuffle in the hips. It's also encouraged to have a switch of wheat in your mouth as you circle the block or the mall or dried creek bed.
