┌It was strange, this place was unique. Music, dance, art. There seemed to be much more of a variety, especially depending on where you went. And what better way was there to take in the culture of this unique city than to take part? Of course going around alone wasn’t any fun, as well as the fact it was dangerous, so the support knew the best person to ask to join her. Her best friend.

Having managed to drag Katarina to the club, Sona actually seemed quite content with herself. Eyes seemed to watch the crowds of people on the dance floor for a long time, while the other seemed content to keep her eyes on her drink. Finally Sona grabbed at the sleeve Katarina's wrist and started pulling her in the direction of the dance floor.┘

Send "(Character name) has been murdered/killed" for a drabble on my character's reaction to that situation.

┌There was a long moment that the blue haired woman had stood there dumbfounded. Her mind in a fog not wanting to admit what she saw was real. Sprawled in front of her was her best friend, even if they stood on opposite sides of the war they had been close. And the bond they had was real. Yet... here, in this place where there was no Demacia, where there was no Noxius, there was still war, fighting, and death. And sadly, Katarina had found the last of those three. Wounds told her that the fight had at least been a good one, and that it hadn't been one where she'd been seriously over powered.

Before she even realized it, tears were rolling down her cheeks. Knees giving way as she fell to the side of the red head. She started sobbing. Her mouth hung open as if letting out a screaming cry. One of the people that understood her, one of her precious people. Taken away from her thanks to fighting. Her gaze grew blurry, and there wasn't even the slightest attempt to wipe away the tears. Fingers reaching out to touch at the assassin's face. Katarina... she was supposed to be strong right?! There was no way that she was really dead.

Hands shook at the older woman's shoulders as if trying to wake her up. Finally she threw her arms around the red head, face burying in her chest. For a long time she just lay there, clinging and sobbing, screaming silently until her throat was burning with each breath.┘

"okay look-- i suck at these things but--" [/awkwardly wraps an arm around her] "i`d suggest beating the hell out of whoever upset you but i know.. you-- aren`t too fond of those things so i`ll just.. just be here for you, okay? so don`t be angry. [/turns away, a slight flush on her face as she is embarrassed at her own words]

┌Anger wasn’t an easy emotion to negate, and that was why she tried so hard to keep it from surfacing. And yet she still snapped. Fingers hovered, posed over strings as if hesitating on whether to play the melody that was raging in her mind or not. Maybe just throwing a tantrum would be good enough. Screaming would have worked too, if only she had a voice.

It was when a familiar voice called out to her that she gave a jolt. Anger flashing in the golden hues as she turned the silent glare to the red head. The glare grew harsher as the suggestion started passing through the assassin’s lips. Only to lessen as Katarina continued to speak. The flush causing her to relax completely, simply blinking a few times before letting out a heavy sigh.

Moving over she gave Katarina a big hug, hands gripping tightly in the back of her jacket. Face pressing against her shoulder. Body shaking as she tried to force the anger down.┘

13: Stomach Kiss

┌It was always cute watching Katarina sleep. It was always so comforting and peaceful just sitting there, staring at the almost innocent appearing features she had. It made her smile, and feel like, for a few short moments, that she was like the big sister, of course that was far from the truth with how much Kat looked after her.

Fingers lightly reached out to brush lightly against the assassin’s cheek. So soft. Sona stared for a moment. Fingers brushing now over the toned arms, before her head rested against the other’s stomach peacefully. Warm too! A small smile curled at the corners of her lips as she wrapped her arms around Kat’s waist. Lips pulled into an even wider smile before pressing lightly against the skin. A soft kiss being placed before giggling to herself as if she now had a very special secret to keep.┘

┌Despite being a fighter, a ‘champion’, despite the urge to find peace on the battlefield… there was a small part of the woman that didn’t want to die, a small part that was afraid of death. That was natural of course, everyone should have been afraid to die. Death was the price to pay for fighting, and yet she still continued to do so. She’d never known anything more than a fleeting death. She really hadn’t begun to realize that there was more.

This… This was different from the death she knew. It felt more… empty, less reassuring. It felt much more painful too. Blood pouring from the wounds, especially the gaping one in her stomach. Tears had entered her eyes despite her desperation to fight them back. The assassin, no… Her friend stood over, the expression a forced calm, though the shaking in her hands was obvious. She hadn’t wanted to kill the support, but Sona had forced her hand.

The expression softened, tears leaking down her face. For the second time in her life she felt the arcane magics filling in her throat. The first time since her mother’s death. Lips quivered as she took a shaky breath and held it for a moment. She opened her mouth to speak, this time no voice filled her memory, reminding her that the instrument would speak for her better than any voice ever would. Nothing to stop her from speaking.┘

"It’s… all… right."

┌For the first time, and the last time she’d actually formed and poured out in a voice that was all her own. Fingers lifted, the hand reaching towards the assassin’s face to comfort her. The softest smile touching her face in attempt to comfort the older woman.┘

┌It was almost… terrifying to actually see the other champion in a state such as this.Finger’s gently brushed through the red-head’s hair for a few short moments before offering a soft smile, it didn’t quite reach her eyes. Well, this was what happened when you went and picked fights. Sona let out a sigh and held a finger up at the woman. Tapping on the instrument it was as though she were telling it to stay put.

 The mute had wandered out of the room and towards the bathroom where she knew the first aid kit was. Gathering it and a large bowl of water she headed back to the bedroom. Items quickly were all placed on the floor as she sat on the edge of the bed. First fingers lightly brushed bangs from the fellow Champion’s face before pulling the first aid kit onto her lap. Carefully she cleaned the wound with a little bit of rubbing alcohol and warm water before her hands skillfully wrapped the injured arm.

Every so often amber gaze flitted up to the woman and offered her a shaky smile. She was going to be aright! She was sure, Katarina was strong and it was just a wounded arm. Again everything went onto the floor, floating instrument coming to her lap, a gentle song being drawn from it’s strings to help her sleep.┘
