If they celebrate the holidays. What do they do if they celebrate? And what do they do if not? When she was alive, Rey's family celebrated traditional Filipino holiday traditions. Basically, their house was in full on Christmas mode from September to middle of January, and Christmas Eve was a big thing consisting of going to Midnight Mass and having their Noche Buena ("Good Night") feast while Christmas Day is spent with the whole family going to Misa de Gallo ("Rooster's Mass") and visiting her extended family. When she became a ghost, Rey couldn't do any of her traditions with her family, which she was devasted about. As a result, Julie, Flynn, and the boys tried to do some of the traditions with her so she wouldn't miss out on them. Reyna had never loved them as much as she did the first time they partook in that first Noche Buena

If they died today and turned into a ghost, what would they do in the afterlife? Haunt their loved ones? Waste away? Joke's on you, Rey's already a ghost haha! She became a ghost after being murdered while walking home from Julie's house one night, and her time in the afterlife is spent trying to figure out who killed her with help from Julie, Flynn, the boys and her bandmates while also killing it up on stage with Las Mariposas

Their favorite sitcom: Schitt's Creek (Rey LOVES Alexis and the growth she made throughout the seasons)

Their favorite drama movie: The Perks of Being a Wallflower

Their current hyperfixation: Does creating lists of why Julie Molina and Luke Patterson, as well as Alex Mercer and Willie, are the OTPs count as a hyperfixation? Because, if so, then that’s it because my girl is crazy and doesn’t have much of a life as a ghost

Their favorite dish from when they were a child: Rey’s father makes an incredible adobo, which is a stew made with meat marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and spices. It’s still her favorite dish, even after she died

How they accessorize: Rey loves to accessorize by layering a couple different necklaces (she has a necklace shaped like the North Star that was gifted to her by her mother, a chain necklace with a Saturn pendant on it that Julie and Flynn gave to her for her birthday one year, and a choker-style bead necklace she made herself around her neck), putting butterfly clips in her hair (she and Julie both love butterflies), and her earrings are usually in the shape of stars (basically, her style is very astronomy-based usually with a splash of butterflies)

If they cry easily: Before she was a ghost, Rey didn’t cry all that often. However, after she became a ghost, the tears did not stop coming (and I mean, who could blame her? She was MURDERED, for god sakes)

What makes them feel secure: Being around her found family after becoming a ghost (Julie, Flynn, Luke, Reggie, Alex, Willie, and her band)

If they could live in another country besides the one they were born in, what would it be? The Philippines because Reyna loves her culture and would want to surround herself with it

Okay so! Nyneve is Arthur's younger half-sister. Uther got re-married after The Great Purge (he never got over Ygraine btw, it was just a politic thing) with the princess of a reign he conquered. Nyneve is born, her mother dies and honestly, Uther, you should ask yourself questions if both your wives died of childbirth, maybe you are the problem here.

Anyway! Some lore! Dragonlords are still a thing, only men, Merlin is still the last one etc etc. But! There is a "female version" (it's actually not, there were also males, they were just less common), very similar, some huge differences, lot of lore, I could stay here ages lmao. Well, Nyneve is one of them. She's born with magic and she's generally everything Uther hates.

Some spoilers, Killgarrah and Aithusa are not the only dragons alive. Nyneve will eventually find some eggs, will raise baby dragons and will become basically the Daenerys Targaryen of Albion and I'm all in for this lmao (she doesn't want the throne tho, she's all in for Arthur becoming King)

Other things are more tbd, like, is Morgana going to be the villain? Am I gonna change things once again? Who knows! Not me!

Oh right! Her plot is not inspired by any arthurian legend but her name is! Nyneve is another name for The Lady Of The Lake. She has nothing to do with that plot but I liked that easter-egg and how the name sounded so sweet and lady-like, when Nyneve is actually the strongest person around, I mean she literally raised and rides dragons, hello?!

Jaskier loved watching you work, it was kind of soothing for him. Whenever you set to sewing clothes, he liked to stay by your side and just watch you. He sometimes wrote stuff down while he was spending time with you, and sometimes played you a little song, which made the time pass quicker. At first, you’d been a little confused whenever he said he’d just like to stay, but by now, you really cherished his presence. You didn’t even need to talk, his presence was enough to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Especially when he was sitting right next to you like he was doing today. He’d told you that he’d like to learn a thing or two to be able to mend his own clothes, though you doubted that he’d ever do it himself, when he could come to you instead, get your help. And you liked it, liked having him around, more than you’d probably admit out loud.

He was sitting next to you, because he’d asked you to show him something, and while you were explaining, he wasn’t really listening. Because he couldn’t concentrate on your words, his eyes lingering on your profile. He studied the curve of your nose, the way your lashes cast little shadows over your cheeks, the way the corners of your lips turned up whenever you said something that delighted you. His eyes lingered on the freckles on your nose, the few that were on your forehead as well, like little stars that fanned out over your skin. He could write songs about your beauty, and he already had, but he’d never played them to anyone before. Absentmindedly, he reached out his hand to tug a strand of loose hair behind your ear. That was the moment, you slowly turned towards him again.

“Jaskier, you’re not listening.” You weren’t really angry at him, just a little confused as well as a little breathless due to the unexpected touch. Yes, you’d touched before, fingers grazing each other when he handed you something, and he’d even hugged you before, but this… had just been so gentle, that it was somehow different.

“Do you know… h-how beautiful you are?” Jaskier's voice was quiet, barely above a whisper, but you heard every word. When he leaned forward to press his lips to your forehead, when you felt them linger there a little longer than was probably appropriate, you could feel your heart beginning to beat faster. You’d had a little crush on him for some time now, but you’d never done anything about this, simply enjoying his presence. But this? This was different.

“Jask… that’s…” You felt your cheeks beginning to burn, not knowing what to say.

“I mean it.” Confidence was slowly coming back to himl you could see that in the smile he was showing you now. “I can’t take my eyes off you when you try to explain something to me, when you speak with so much passion about something you love.” You looked up at him, a smile on your lips, while your heart damn near jumped out of your chest. “I know that’s not very beneficial to learning from you, but I can’t help myself.”

“Do I have to put a bag over my head so that you don’t get distracted then?” you asked with a chuckle, your hand landing on top of his. This was not how you’d expected this afternoon to go, but you weren’t complaining.

“NO! Absolutely not. You’ll just have to be a little more patient with me, because I keep getting distracted by your beauty.” Jaskier turned your hand in his and raised it to his lipps, to brush a kiss across your knuckles.

“I think I’ll be alright with that.” You cocked your head to the side, a mischievous grin appearing on your lips. “As long as I get some distraction as well.” The right time to shoot your shot was either now or never, so you tried it. Jaskier needed a moment to realise what you were talking about, but when your eyes locked on his lips, he understood.

“Oh, that’s the kind of distraction we both need now and then, I guess.”

Jaskier pulled you closer by your hand, but then raised the other one to cup your face. His thumb brushed across your cheek before he leaned in and kissed your lips. Warmth spread through your whole body upon the touch, your hand landing on his chest. This was a huge surprise for the two of you, but not for everyone else who’d seen you together. They’d probably made bets about how long it would take you to finally kiss, but you couldn’t care less. Not when you were kissing the lips of the man who’d been in your mind ever since he’d first set foot in your shop.
