Ji Long Kan, arguably the most pretty Tea tree named after it’s perfectly symmetrical canopy, is one of the most valuable varietals for Dan Cong but very risky as it’s also so challenging to make. This is our most anticipated Dan Cong this season, the rough tea is soooo good and competitive, we put a deposit down and crossed our fingers for the roasting.
