I've been thinking of some old tv show that I used to watch. It was basically like knock off, low quality version of dandy's world. I've looked in the basement to see if I can find any stuff that recorded this vauge memory.

So far I just found this short clip that I found on an old tape, im sure there is more characters and more to this show so I'll keep looking
