uhh yeah so basically basically nagito and ibuki were really close friends but ibuki and mikan were in a relationship. mikan got brainwashed by despair/junko and murdered ibuki for despair n things, also bc of her motive which i forgot what it was. nagito had the despair disease, yes, but he got better and tried to check on ibuki bc he heard she got better too. he was tuning her guitar just in case and then when he walked into the titty typhoon, he was absolutely crushed. but he had to stay in character so he acted like it wasnt a big deal. so then to avoid being suspicious, mikan blamed the murder on the person who was closest to ibuki. which was nagito. when they start connecting the dots, they feel really bad about blaming nagito. but nagito still felt really guilty bc he felt like ibukis death was his fault for not keeping an eye on her, despite literally almost dying.
