That was some of these persons intentions in the first place as they abused a lot of people with a dangling carrot ( promise increased or even receiving wages due) reward. Some of them have shown an insensitivity and greed on a level that shows they shouldn't even continue in the high authority and responsibility to care for people in their plight and an economy with high inflation.
