Yay! Someone other than my bf asked me questions on Tumblr. Everyone go follow theelvishkilljoy right now! And here are my answers!
2. What female celebrity do you wish was your sister?
Well. I already have a sister ( danidearie ) and I wouldn’t replace her for the world, but I suppose if I had to add another I’d pick someone we’d both admire who is older than us- like Idina Menzel . Plus she’d be a great addition to our already infamous karaoke nights and Rent sing-a-longs.
3. What male celebrity do you wish was your brother?
This one’s tricky, since admittedly most male celebs I follow are the ones I want to slobber on. Obviously that isn’t a trait one looks for in a brother. Or at least I don’t. I suppose I’d have to pick someone who I value for their intellect. My sister would also have to enjoy them. Plus they would never sleep with either of us despite our undying love. So. Anderson Cooper.
9. How many countries have you been to?
Only one. Canada. Where I live.
20. Have you ever taken karate lessons?
No. I’m not ever voluntarily athletic. Though once we had to take a period of Taekwondo for a Physically Active living class. Being a fat girl didn’t stop me from having the highest kick in the class.
29. What’s the name of your favorite restaurant?
Hmm… well it’s not really a restaurant but what immediately comes to mind is this cute little bubble tea shop across from my boyfriend’s called Q-Tea! Other than that I love to eat at Boston Pizza, but I spend most of my time at a Tim Hortons so either of those are good choices too!
36. Can you whistle?
Yes I can. But my dad is a fisherman, and being of a superstitious ilk my family discourages whistling lest I whistle up a wind.
38. Do you eat breakfast every morning?
Almost never. When I do I end up STARVING come lunch. Though if I have work early in the morning I tend to try and eat or else I get very fatigued. A lot of the time I’m not hungry when I wake. Or I don’t wake up until well past lunch so by the time I have my coffee I make myself a brunch.
50. Why do you have a tumblr?
I started it to share opinions and stuff. I stay because I’ve learned SO much, and I just love learning and talking and debating and laughing. I also love the people I meet on here (and you were one of the first I spoke to! <3). Fandoms are cool and for the most part interesting. Social justice is interesting and thought provoking. And people sharing personal in-depth experiences are brave and amazing and I just love it.
