So, I was laying next to my sleeping boyfriend

And he was dead asleep. Suddenly, he bolts upright, looks in my general direction, and says "pfft, gender." And just lays back down. I ask "wait, what?" And he says "it's funny.." And begins snoring very loudly. Apparently he had a dream about how much of a joke he thinks gender is.

we were ill to the core and had track marks in the crooks of our elbows to match. we've got more aches and pains than anyone else in this earth ever could. i'm sorry for what i've done. ill make up for it with small kisses and squeezes on your shoulders. you'll make up for every cry by keeping yourself busy with the guitar in your arms. you'll accept that we're never going to make it out of this mess. ill accept it too, with my fingers crossed. we don't want to leave just yet. we can make it one more day.
