Did yall see the interview of Dan talking about getting engaged & responding to criticism he received? Thoughts?

I found it interesting that people interpreted his message roughly as, “Love isn’t real.”

The message I got from Jigsaw was, “Most people in relationships are incompatible with their partners, and we need to consider how the person we love fits into our life & our plans for the future.”

Honestly, the last 30 minutes or so of Daniel Sloss’ Jigsaw show really fucking spoke to me. I don’t wanna go so far - or so cliche - as to say that it’s changed my life, but it’s certainly changed my outlook on my current situation. The basic gist of the bit is that it’s okay to be alone and it’s okay to be happier when you’re alone and not in a relationship. It’s a message I think I needed to hear and the rest of the special is also very funny. Daniel Sloss: Jigsaw is on Netflix right now and I highly recommend it (as well as his other show Dark.)

Introduced my best friend to Daniel Sloss last week— we saw Dark, and she couldn’t believe it had taken her this long to watch it. I felt like I was watching it for the first time as I saw her react to Daniel’s jokes. :,)

One thing that never fails to make my day is when Daniel posts about new tour dates and the comments are lettered with his insulting and cursing out fans who asked about dates in their area without checking his website first. 😂
