Open your heart and start working with others, and they will come. Theatre is always possible; it’s infinite in its possibility. The commercial, institutional theatre is wonderful, but those theaters are only a few of the restaurants in this wonderful city of many. If you’re starving and for whatever reason those restaurants won’t let you in, you are starving find a restaurant that will let you in, or learn to grow your own food and make your own dishes and invite everyone over to eat together.

I’m constantly experiencing failure on every level in life and work. I constantly fuck up. There is no theater or drama without failure. How you deal with failure and grow and create from it, is such a hugely important and essential part of being a theater artist.

the cast of AZAK went to Coney Island today and I'm not sure why but it made me really happy / emotional ??
Former Golden Boy Seth Numrich takes on another physically demanding role in the Off-Broadway premiere of Daniel Talbott's Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, America, Kuwait. He shares insight into becoming a soldier.
"If I'm losing sleep just over watching a YouTube video, I just can't even imagine what that experience is like," Seth Numrich explained. "So my goal is, in some way, to try to tell these stories as truthful as to what my imagining of it [is], and I recognize it's never going to be the real deal."
Oh if you go through the "rising Phoenix rep" there's a ton with Seth, including holding a turkey, carving a pumpkin, and riding a roller coaster, and arm wrestling with a little kid!
Haha I’m sure there are, it sounds like he’s really good friends with Daniel Talbott (risingphoenixrep) (: But unfortunately I don’t have time to look through his pictures right now, there’s just too much going on. Thanks for the tip, though!
