i hadn’t even thought about it but clearly i have a modus operandi!

fun fact: in the nordic countries (where i’m from) a common wedding gift used to be kittens and so cats would be a symbol of happy marriages! which may, at least subconsciously, be related to me inevitably gently weeping at the thought of my favourite characters in comfortable and domestic settings with a happy cat purring on their lap

Yeah, there is. Someone left a human-sized hole in my soul and unfortunately coping isn’t going as well as I wish it would.

fireside - if you had your dream wardrobe, what would it look like?

Oooh, something slightly feral, a little mossy, but not too much. Just enough to make people wonder if I just crawled out of a trashcan/bog/a hole in a large tree or if I’m just an eccentric who knows something about style that they don’t.

And if not that, I suppose I would take a lifetime supply of jeans and unhinged graphic tees that actually Fit.

pretend i'm anon, what are the dream nile outfits carefully stored in booker's closet?

wonderful question mystery anon, as we know some of her most beloved and impractical clothes live at booker’s flat, things with sentimental value. it’s always a treat, isn’t it, to come to paris and compartmentalize a little while. no guns or drowning or the wet crunch of bone breaking. she goes dancing, sebastien cooks risotto and pieds paquets (don’t tell me what’s in this, nile warns, but there’s a dizzy fondness to it. knowing book will begin cooking the night before, read in the kitchen while his dish cooks seven hours)

but the clothes! all about escapism, delicate things, princess dresses. nile likes shoes she can run in or a sturdy pair of boots, never considered herself a “girly girl” when she was little. but she has forever now, to be many contradictory things
