Guess what else! I simply can’t wait that long to tell you about WHAT THE FLOWER SAYS OF DEATH! And believe me, when I let you in on the schedule I’m pretty sure you’ll know why I’m so excited.
If you haven’t been keeping up with me (or your not deciphering my extremely vague posts), I’m currently working on my line edits and in talks regarding the design of the cover. We’re well on our way to having a nearly finished product, which means that I finally feel comfortable (or, as comfortable as I’m ever going to feel, it’s always going to be a mad rush of stress lol) releasing some hammered down schedule information.
The schedule for WHAT THE FLOWER SAYS OF DEATH is going to go a lot like PULSE, but with some minor changes, which I’m going to explain here! Here are the important dates, and below I will give you some more information regarding each!!
Today, June 29th: Announcement and SIGNED COPY PREORDER OPEN
July 31st: Cover Reveal/Giveaway!
August 19th: SIGNED COPY PREORDERS CLOSE
August 31st: Standard preorders start!
September ~16th-20th: End of Giveaway!
September 25th: RELEASE DAY
So first of all, YAY EVERYONE SCREAM WITH ME. It’s been so difficult not telling you guys sooner but during May and most of June I just felt super behind on everything and I was starting to worry that I might have to push expected dates back. Since then though my amazing rockstar editor stepped up to the plate and totally slayed line edits in the matter of a week like HOW? The point is, the schedule is trucking and I’m here to finally tell you about it!
So, below is some more details that you might want to read about!
PREORDERS FOR SIGNED COPIES: As you read correctly, I’m opening preorders for signed copies TODAY (FOLLOW THIS LINK). I decided to do this way so that not only will my fans that follow me on social media get ‘first dibs’, but also it gives me more time to organize the shipping and sending, therefore making it so that I don’t have to have a limited number of copies this time! I’m taking orders until the cut off date and will be sending each and every one of them, regardless of how many! (I may regret this… ^^;)
That being said, after the cut off date (August 19th) I cannot take further requests as this is the point where I will make the book order and then I need the extra time to make sure each and every one of the books gets sent out on time! So please get your request and payments in on time, or else I will have to consider you a cancelled request.
Additionally, during this time period I will be taking requests for signed copies of PULSE as well, so if you missed out the first time, this is your opportunity to pick up a signed copy of PULSE as well! For those of you that want more than one book (be it a signed copy of both, or two of WtFSoD, whatever you need) I can offer a reduced shipping cost to ship them together just like last time! (meaning you won’t have to pay the full $10 shipping for both of them)
Signed copies will be $15 each with $10 shipping (+$5 for each additional book), just like last time! When I receive your request I will send you an invoice for your total, which should please be paid as soon as possible! Completed orders will be packaged and sent likely during the first few weeks of September, so that everyone can hopefully get their signed copies a little before release, just like last year :)
COVER REVEAL/GIVEAWAY: This speaks for itself! You get to see the cover! (Patrons will get an early reveal, but more on that later as dates haven’t been hammered down for that yet!) Also I will be holding another giveaway which will start on the cover reveal date! The end date of the giveaway has yet to be decided, but will happen about a week before release and the winner will be announced on my page and have their book sent to them right away so they receive it as soon as possible to release!
STANDARD PREORDERS: This is when you’ll be able to preorder your paperback or ebook at all resell locations!!!
RELEASE DAY: YOU’LL GET YOUR BOOK ON THIS DAY IF YOU PREORDERED! YAY! If not, this is the day you can official order without any more waiting! ;)
