It's a matter of seeing the huge difference between the creation of the characters. The Ginyu special forces were emblematic and each one had its own role and looked different, I don't even remember the names of the others and they look the same.

Also, hmm, Danima celebrating the New Year? I feel like they’d just spend it with Nima’s family. Just relax, honestly. I can’t see them being huge partiers. At least, Dan’s definitely not a partier. Nima would consider hanging out with friends, but ultimately I think it’s just a time for family for them <3

What made you want to make danima a couple?

I don’t know tbh, because when I first created Nima she didn’t have a love interest and I knew I wanted that to change, but I guess I didn’t know how. And then I created the idea for this character who moved to Air Temple Island with his sister who was becoming an acolyte and he just wasn’t happy to be there I know. If anything, they couldn’t stand each other initially, but Dan really fleshed out in the anchorverse and that’s where I truly got to know him.

Ngl, his evolution has been very befitting of him because he didn’t always seem like he would fit or be the one for Nima, but he very awkwardly grew into it until now I’m like “yep, he’s for her.”

Is Dan the type of person to declare his love for Nima outright, like tell people how much he loves her and doesn’t mind kissing her and such in public. Or is he more private about it and doesn’t like doing such in public, like Malaki would do?

Dan is definitely more private, but he’s also not afraid to show her that he loves her tbh. The opinion of most people is not too high on his list.

Got around to finally reading the new chapter of SoC, but it’s nearly 2 AM, I have school tomorrow and I’m exhausted so I’ll have to finish it tomorrow.

After I get through this “arc” in Sides of the Moon, I’ll focus on Sea of Chains ch 36. I’m having loads of fun with the TDP fic, but I do need to get through that chapter.
