Help!!!!!!! These spiders are actually giving me the creeps I am actually crying rn and can't sleep and omfg I can't help!!!

omg no i'm sorry lovely DON'T WORRY! it's one of those 'shock' articles designed to scare you, if you read carefully you'll realise:

They won't kill you anymore than, say, peanuts. They cause a small swelling like a wasp, if you're allergic you may go into anaphylactic shock exactly the same as you would for bees/wasps but it's v unlikely you'll die

if you look at the numbers it's not actually that bad in comparison to wasps

they'll only bite if they feel threatened, same as bees

they're easy to spot as their webs are like hammocks and they have obvious markings
