Ok but...

you mean to tell me all of this was not made possible because of Stephen. bullshit. stephen was the heart of the channel. it hurts me to say goodbye to him, but I support his decision. hosuh and jay were also good players. no wonder why dan is the mastermind. I'm sorry to anyone who was expecting something a little lighthearted but j just had to vent a bit

Edit: this aged poorly. i will say this once and once only. please, for the love of god, dont attack anybody. the whole situation was just a misunderstanding. danplan may be gone, but all the fun times will remain. thanks danplan.

Hot unimportant take: I think Dan is just trying to cover his ass because he knows he f*cked up, the things he are saying contradict stephan, jay, and multiple animators stories and experiances and the plain fact that he says he kept 0% of the money for himself when he himself was making the most money while being so over protective and not letting anyone see the real numbers for the channel is complete bullshit and a lie.

Dan knows he messed up so now he's trying to save himself and get pity, don't give it to him. He deserved this, he deserves to see the consequences for his actions and what being a jerk and greedy person to your friends and employees really gets you.

Don't send death threats or threats of harm obviously, but don't feel pity for him. He did this to himself.

Ok so I just discovered DanPlan maybe a few days ago, but gosh dang it I loved them. They made me happy in a way I hadn’t been in years. I wanted nothing more than to keep seeing them be happy together.

But we saw Stephen’s video. I support his decision. I don’t know the full story, none of us do, but I trust him. I hope Hosuh is ok. I hope Dan learns from this. I still have a selfish wish that they’ll get back together and have a healthy relationship, but Stephen comes first. It’s his choice. I am not going to bash Dan or anyone for this. They are people, and I want to believe Stephen quitting is punishment enough.

Regardless, remember that we’re all still here. Let’s be there for the people who were using DanPlan to get them out of a dark place. Keep creating; keep imagining.

Honestly the whole danplan situation is just flat out tiring . After Dan's video it's pretty hard to know who to believe? Honestly it just seems like miscommunication at this point. Either way my head hurts thinking about it, I'd just like the whole thing to be over. Overall it is what it is and it sucks how many people has to suffer because of it, people in the fanplan included

I can't speak for Elias, but it's most likely he will stand by Daniel, yes.

But he won't stand by Daniel's mistreatment of his own team.

Sure, he'll be there to make sure ehe's emotionally okay and such, just in general making sure he's not getting too stressed form it all. Considering how some people in the fandom at getting relentless with hating on Daniel (last I heard, some people were sending death threats and such). But I don't see Elias as the kind of person to really condone this behaviour from Daniel. If he did, I would be disappointed honestly

If he ever did face the same treatment of the crew member from Daniel, for whatever reason, we'll do our best to shelter him from that. Besides, we love Elias. And since he has only been associated with Danplan, we shall take him with us like the rest of the kids.

Honestly? Fuck Dan.

He isn't paying anyone even minimum wage except for Hosuh, so fuck him.

He deserves everything happening to his channel and I am really pissed I ever saw him as a good person.

Fuck Dan.

I'll support Stephen, Jay and the Animators, but Dan certainly doesn't deserve my support.
