Sly (I) hails from a Victorian gothic eldritch horror. Their Mephistopheles is a submarine which scours the depths of a flooded world, where every district is a fallen civilization. Bleak, brackish water pours from the junction between their prosthetic and body, fading into mist before it hits the ground.

They can commune with and manipulate the souls of the dead. Each time they interact with a soul, they become telepathically linked to it and thus susceptible to its influence. At high mental corruption, they use this ability indiscriminately and erratically; this can create a feedback loop of self-sustaining insanity.

Aspect (she) hails from a tragicomic space opera. Her Mephistopheles is a giant cruise ship, sailing a sea of stars, and each district is a planet in the galaxy they traverse. The edges of her prosthetic fade into a shimmering nebula of stars.

She can telekinetically move objects, as well as transport them in and out of a pocket dimension. Prolonged or frequent use causes her to become intangible; she's physically hurt when things pass through her. Eventually, even the air can cause irreversible harm.

What is a Dantesona?

Represents the player in the hit game Limbus Company.

Must have: (1) a timepiece head, (2) a human body, (3) a supernatural phenomenon occuring around the head/face locus.

Can have: (1) different powers than in canon, with drawbacks of similar magnitude, and (2) a different setting/AU than canon, provided it's still a dystopian society.

Of course, all of this is malleable via self-insert shenanigans. Have fun with it! Have a mental breakdown! Anything is possible!
