Well I’ll be hot damned.
After a month of trying and screwing up and trying agin My work for the past few months has finally started to pay off. I hit the scale today and I had dropped 6.5 pounds from last week. Now I know that next week I will probably have again of 3 or 4...but DAMN I was so excited to see a drop that big. Unfortunately I think stress paid a part in my loss this week. I have had a pretty stressful week and I may not have been eating as much due to that. I was however eating enough calories. Just at weird times during the day. It’s not the best way to lose weight but the week was going to be stressful either way so if it helped kickstart my weightless and health than I will take it.
I did start doing some p90x this week but I wasn’t able to get into the groove of daily running. ...And just like I knew it would my lack of regular running finally took its toll on me. I had planned to run about 8 miles today but When I woke up I knew that wasn’t going to happen. I went out did just a little under 3 miles. Most of it walking, This week my goal is to go on a run at least twice before my long run next Sunday as well as continue my P90X workouts.
This week has been kind of a roller coaster but I saw some great results and I am excited and motivated. My Birthday is on Wednesday and I am hoping to have a nice day. I don’t plan on going overboard but I don’t plan on paying too much attention to my calorie count.
