What. A. Long. Day.
Holy cow.
I got a new scale! I weighed in at 265.8 on it! YAYAYAYA! I literally did a happy dance in my kitchen lol so according to MFP I am officially down 39.2 lbs!
After getting my scale, I had to make my five hour car ride and I only packed fruit and got a migraine halfway through but now that I’m home and eating a grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy’s (uhh yum) I feel a lot better. I usually eat a larger lunch on travel days and I didn’t today so that’s my fault!
I’m still going to just be updating my weight on this blog on Mondays when I do my measurements but, I am weighing myself everyday (or as often as possible) and keeping track on myfitnesspal (add me if you want! @WifeLife416) just to try and track as much as possible.
I’m going to edit some pictures and head off to bed. Hope everybody had a great day!
In the third episode of the Little Me's (written by @juliebrownpsyd, as always), we see that it's tough to strike a balance between our Rebel Me and our Responsible Me. Exhaustion or emotional overload can keep you from making decisions that align with your personal goals. I can certainly relate—I usually get up early everyday to work out, but sometimes I just feel so tired! So I compromise, sleep in, and exercise on my lunch break. Or I get up, but I do a work out that isn't as strenuous as my normal routine. I hope this installment of the Little Me's encourages you to start working towards your goals, but maintain realistic expectations of yourself. Rome wasn't built in a day! Neither are good habits! So be kind to yourself. ☺️
(Side note: Dr. Julie wanted to posted this comic today, because "Monday is a good day to begin new lifestyles." Genius! 😉)
3 months to life ❤️
Starting over!
How cliche, new year, new me but that’s ok I love cliches 2019 was full of ups and downs and 2020 will be better!
I want some new people to follow
My stats:
24, 5’3.5”, Nova Scotia, Canada
CW: 234 HW: 240
Current goal: 200?
Weigh In 8.28.18
Highest Weight: 242.1
Last weight in 8/11: 191.8 Weigh in today: 205.6 Weight gained: 13.8 So. I know I fell off track for about two weeks. I had a couple of good days mixed in with some pretty awful binge worthy days. My birthday started it and then the nursing boards and studying all kept it going. I took my exam yesterday and now I am just waiting at this point. Told myself today we were gonna get back to it for the two weeks until I leave for PA and then I’m hoping to at least move enough to maintain in PA. I know I gained weight but I know that today's awful weigh in is bloat related. Gonna push a lot of water and get things on track and hopefully come Saturday I will be looking at a lot less disturbing number. I wish I could find the determination I once had a year and half ago. I know I’m capable. I just need to get in the right head space. Sick of getting partially down and then messing it all up for myself yet again.
Yummy tea helps me with water intake! (A cute water bottle always helps too!)
