the contrast of peeta & katniss’s costumes, with them both covered up completely, but hers is for protection, his is a straightjacket disguised as regular clothing; monochrome; softer, organic lines v. cuttingly sharp edges & distinctly ‘civilized’.
amazing, amazing, both of them as mouthpieces, chess pieces, their very impulsive and authentic responses edited and shaped and controlled by everyone's larger agenda. a straightjacket is the perfect way to describe it. even the image of katniss locked in a neckbrace mirrors that, and continues that theme of voicelessness that is just terrifying.

Lmfao yeah there's a lot of things to consider. ESPECIALLY since she "won" this time. It's a different dynamic to an extent that goes back to the pertwee/delgado era. And in the end he STILL couldn't kill her.
And the Brig getting the kill shot in was just... I can't.
This was the first Moffat series I've mostly liked since series 5. I'm expecting a rehash of "come on. The universe knows I'm indestructible" coming up.
