A lot of what Dara talks about in the video deeply resonates with me, and I'm glad she posted this.
I think I'll make this soup today; except I'll probably gently steam the carrots, add the avocado, and possibly add a beet ;)
Today is a Good Day
Today I offically joined 'More with Dara' and I posted the Meghan Currie video that I posted on here earlier, as well as a video of myself practicing yoga from this past June, and both Dara and one her bestfriends commet on it! On my personal video Dara said: "okay i watched and love it!!! beauty in motion. the setting, the body, the grace of it all! :)!" and on the Meghan Currie video she said "absolutely beautiful!!! thank you for sharing Forest!!! just the kind of inspiring we love around here."! Her friend Renee also said some very wonderful loving things on both videos, as well.
