We don't need to wait for a seat at the table. We can create our own damn tables. And invite each other in. For allies - look at who is showing up in your space - and take responsibility for who is and isn’t showing up and consider why. Here as well as when you go home - no saviors here - but by getting into relationship with someone who you see is missing. Don’t just invite them in. Go to their territory and turf. Listen. Connect.
