Dario and me were playing Claymates and this conversation happened. I made a horrible joke and Dario responded with a fake-ass “LOL!” - freaking hilarious, I had tears in my eyes!
Claymates is one of my childhood SNES games. I played it a lot in my childhood but never got past the first six levels or so. It’s a game that is much too hard, with only very few checkpoints, a strict time limit for such huge levels, one-hit kills, confusing level design in the later levels and other stuff. And it also does not have a save feature, so you’ll have to start all over again if you turn off your console. And guess what? It can crash (which I also mentioned in the video). It even happened in our stream and it also happened on my original hardware in my childhood. Not sure what causes the crash but the game displays an error message (”fatal error: death”) and simply stops while the music continues playing.
Despite the shortcomings, there are many creative ideas in the game. It is very different from other 2D platformers and shakes things up. Just don’t play without save states...

Mario Kart 7 Thumbnails
Dario64, Mr.Papermario and me made a play-through of Mario Kart 7! Dario64 launched the game on the Citra 3DS emulator on his PC and let us play via Parsec - a software which allows you to connect to a PC so you can play video games on the hosting PC.
I made these clickbaity thumbnails for Dario’s YouTube channel and I’m pretty proud of them. They were really fun to make!
