Oh Beautiful Release

It has been FAR too long since the last part of this series, but FINALLY!! Here it is! The newest part of my AziraFer series, Dark Principality!

Title: Oh Beautiful Release

Rating: E

Word Count: 7563

Summary: With Crowley intruding on Lucifer's interlude with Aziraphale, the time has come for the three of them to finally work things out. But though Aziraphale insists Crowley isn't there to fight, tempers quickly begin to rise... and so do their passions.

Excerpt:

Lucifer stood in the center of the bedroom on the first floor of the bookshop, his hands held firmly in Aziraphale’s while his eyes were locked on the demon standing in the doorway. Crowley stood, arms braced against the wooden frame and glinting amber eyes uncovered as he took in the sight of his boss, king of Hell, the great adversary, Aziraphale’s paramour.

“Crowley.” Aziraphale smiled at him but didn’t move from where he stood next to the archdemon. “Why don’t you give us a moment, dear boy. I really ought to explain a few things. It must be terribly confusing, isn’t it?”

“Confusing,” Lucifer echoed, his eyes darting between them while his mind tried desperately to understand what was happening.

“I’ll just go put the kettle on then, shall I?” Crowley sneered, but there was pity in his expression as he turned and began clanging his way down the spiral staircase. There was nothing that could have infuriated Lucifer more.

It's finally here!! Dark Principality, part 3!! I'm so happy with the way this came out... I hope everyone enjoys it 💖

Summary:

It's been a month since their disastrous fight, and Aziraphale is worried. Lucifer has been shirking his responsibilities in Hell and ignoring every attempt of the angel's to communicate.

Refusing to give up, Aziraphale summons Lucifer directly into the bookshop. But when the Morningstar appears, arrayed for war, will he be willing to listen to Aziraphale's apology? Or is there really only one way for this to end?

Excerpt:

“Well,” Lucifer said, his voice silk as he leaned on his weapon and sneered at Aziraphale. “The Supreme Archangel himself. To what do I owe this… pleasure?” He purred the last word, making it sound positively indecent, causing the color to leap into Aziraphale’s cheeks as the angel struggled to stop fidgeting.

“Thank you for coming,” Aziraphale managed to squeak out, clearing his throat nervously. Lucifer didn’t respond. He yawned as he lifted a hand to examine his fingernails, as though already dismissing Aziraphale. Aziraphale shifted again. “You look… that is to say…” Aziraphale cleared his throat again. All the things he had intended to say were vanishing from his mind upon actually facing the archdemon here in his bookshop.

“I had assumed that this would be a declaration of war, or some other official matter,” Lucifer drawled, not even glancing up from his fingers. “So I made sure to dress appropriately. Surely you didn’t call me here for some triviality about my incredible good looks like a wayward angel with too much time on his hands.”

Title: Let Me Be Empty: A Prologue

Summary: Two months before Aziraphale descends into Hell to rescue him, Crowley summons Lucifer into the Bookshop. Distraught, lonely, and desperate for connection, Crowley wants to lose himself in the Morningstar's embrace. But can Lucifer set aside his dreams of a curly haired angel to rekindle their old flame?

Excerpt: When the first itch of the summoning prickled the skin between his shoulder blades, Lucifer tried to ignore it. He had no interest in whatever human ridiculousness wanted his presence. But as it continued to pull at his corporation, something began to tickle at the back of his mind. With a sigh he set down the book he had been thumbing through and extended his senses to follow the connection to Earth.

Well that was intriguing. That bookshop was certainly the last place he had imagined he would be invited to. Even more interesting was that whatever was powering the circle wasn’t angelic. No, it had the acrid pulse of demonic energy. A familiar energy at that. What in the nine circles were those two idiots playing at?

A curl of amusement twisted his perfect lips. Running a hand through the mess of golden curls that bounced around his face, Lucifer unfurled his snowy wings and slowly stepped into the circle.

Title: This Glorious Sadness

Rated: E

CW/TW: Smut, Cheating, Sad Ending (the writer promises a happy resolution in the next part), Power Imbalance

Summary: Aziraphale wasn't supposed to want to return to Hell.

But in the month since their night together, the angel hasn't been able to get Lucifer out of his mind.

Now he's back in the devil's arms, but are these feelings between them real? Or is there something more sinister at work, leading Aziraphale astray?

Excerpt: “A lovely vintage. Would you like some?” he asked, a teasing lilt in his voice. “Oh, of course, how silly.  Angel’s don’t indulge in things like wine, do they?” A flush spread over Aziraphale’s cheeks as Lucifer chuckled and took another sip. A wave of his hand sent the demons scurrying away again, back to their positions against the wall.

“I had some… questions,” Aziraphale said, trying to keep his voice from trembling. There were things that they had to discuss… but he was also loath to upset Lucifer - not when he had missed him as much as he had.

“Oh? A dangerous thing, an angel with questions.”
