As the leader in the non conventional Villain Roman revolution I was aghast to find that I have never seen in my many years of consuming any(and I REALLY mean ANY) Villan Roman content that gets thrown at me I have never seen a villain Roman design where he has a skirt.

So I had to fix that.

I am very proud of this drawing so here's more close ups and edits

(I used a glitter pen for the eyeliner and credit to @datfearlessfangirl for sending in the color palette that inspired me!)
