Goth Classics (An 80's Trad Goth Playlist)

I recently abandoned for Youtube music, and the difference is phenomenal. I use an adblocker to block ads, so there's no interruption, nobody trying to sell me something, no endless hounding for you to buy a premium subscription, so much less corporate noise.

You can also play the song you want FOR FREE just by searching it up, or play a specific album you're searching for. Lyrics are also free; which is great when I want to do a little spooky karaoke.

Goth Classics

A collection of post-punk, gothic rock, dark wave, cold wave, and deathrock classics.

If you're looking for a solid introduction to the goth subculture, or you're interested in seeing how "gothic music" started when it first began, you'll probably enjoy listening to the playlist.

This playlist features a collection of gothic rock, post-punk, dark wave, and cold wave from the 80's. Other "classic" decades aren't included, but I'll have separate mixtape albums for them in the future.

Favorite synth producer died on the 1st. Didn't even get to decide whether or not to cry. I don't usually cry over artists I like. GosT aka James Lollar was one of the most influential artists when I was getting into more aggressive synthwave. Almost 10 years ago I was excitedly awaiting the release of Non Paradisi, his album, my favorite, and the start of his more polished work that got him noticed more. 46 is so young to go.
