This is the Pulse on Polus or Citrus Among Us RP blog! Info, crewmates, rules, and extra below

First of all:

And, this is the whole crew that's working on Polus! Their world and lore is based off the Among Us Show canon I'd rather everyone get familiar with them in real time than make a ref with a block of information, so don't be shy and feel free to ask questions!

All crewmates are available to talk to by addressing them in an inbox ask. They all take questions or can doodle an art request

Rules:

Anything goes! (As long as it isn't too explicit, bigoted, or just gross)

OCs, Canon characters, characters from other media, all are welcome to interact with them. (Especially OCs. I love OCs!)

We're not afraid to get "political," as long as it's in character (But personally I don't think basic human or crewmate rights count as politics. It's not debatable...)

Please try to be as clear about anything as possible (Your character, who the ask is addressed to, references, etc.)

Shipping is free, but some ships are not allowed. More info here

I'd like to have both spoken posts and typed posts, so if it's in the Chat format, it's a transcript, typically for status updates If it's in a normal format, they're typing, typically for asks and posting

Status updates may be posted as a drawing in the Polus setting with a transcript to show what the goobers are up to

If we have any art that does not fit as a status update, such as a doodle, a hypothetical, etc, that will be posted on our main blog, @micaledn and reblogged here

If you do recognize those characters, they may not be very similar to their source at all, since these are based off our headmates and not their source. They are. Quite different. And. I wanted some whimsy

Captain Yellow reporting,

Though a public post is a very informal, almost juvenile way to make a report, I do this to make the public aware.

Not that anything is wrong, nor is there any cause for alarm, nor is there any chance my fellow crewmates could possibly be corrupt - I present potential causes for concern. Should anything catastrophic or vile occur, such as sabotage, I am counting on my colleagues back at MIRA HQ to assist, must I require their cooperation.

Crusoe, Alkaline, and Muted Red seem apathetic towards our own fellow crewmates' health and feelings. Dark Cerulean often seems detached from their crewmates and their own line of work. Considering their roles in this expedition, this is unacceptable and their indifference in such important matters is a concern. I am trying to work with them in the hopes this improves

I will return if there are any more causes for concern I would like to bring to notice.

Orange Peel is based off Henryk from Fear and Hunger Termina. specifically our headmate Henryk

Crusoe is possibly Ethiopian (their fear and hunger source's origin has not been confirmed but their headmate source identified with Ethiopia. he doesnt know why though, so thats why its a "possibly")

Crusoe is based off O'saa from Fear and Hunger Termina. specifically our headmate O'saa

Alkaline is Cambodian

Alkaline is based off 2BDamned from Madness Combat. specifically our headmate Alkali

Muted Red is Bri'ish ❤️‍🩹

Alkaline and Muted Red are siblings but did not come from the same pod. or flower. or. however the bean reproductive system works

Satin Linen is also Cambodian

Satin Linen is based off Hint, our OC and headmate

Yellow Orange is Korean

Yellow Orange is based off Brian, our OC and headmate

Alkaline, Satin Linen, and Dark Cerulean need glasses

They all have masculine appearences and voices I'm sorry to say. I uh don't really have any fem headmates that could be part of the crew

There are quite a lot more amogi that are related to or were past co-workers with these amogi. their identities may or may not be revealed through the Polus crew mentioning them. or if i felt like drawing them

almost all these facts were basically just their origins. i have a lot of info for them all but i want to have those be revealed over time

Is there a CD/record player on polus? What kind of music does each of the crewmates enjoy? Is there anyone who prefers to listen to audiobooks, podcasts etc?

I don't think there's any of that here... I don't know, I've never seen one before! But for music preferences and stuff, I don't know, so I went ahead and asked!

Peel, Cerulean and Linen said they could listen to anything! I think that would be my answer, too

Yellow said they'd listen to anything as long as it isn't "mainstream"

Alkaline said the same thing, and that it's the same for Red, but for them it also can't be western or country?

Crusoe doesn't listen to any of that. I don't think anybody here listens to audiobooks and podcasts

But I asked Crusoe what those are and they said it's just people talking. I think I'd like to just listen to people talking... That's fun sometimes!
