Dark-eyed Junco Junco hyemalis I never knew what a variety of colors these guys can be! Only recently this one visited my patio. I was very excited because I’ve been feeding birds for more than a month yet never seen them come around. The first Junco I ever saw was many feet away from my patio near some wood chips, chirping away while it foraged. I assumed it would not ever find my rather secluded patio. The first Junco came by to my patio and ate some. It left, but later came back with one friend! I guess they really do share news. Man that thing is cute. That face! More Info @ AllAboutBirds.org
