Dark Matter/Magic: The Gathering Color Pie
I’ve been thinking about the Dark Matter characters in relation to the Magic: The Gathering color wheel. Obviously, One and Six would be White, Three would be Red and Five would be Blue (in fact, come to think of it, she committed the ultimate act of Nurture over Nature, which is Blue’s philosophy, when she wrote the code to mindwipe them all). But I’m not sure about Two or Four.
I have a feeling that Four’s philosophy may be Green, but it might also be Blue. And Two I just don’t know where to place. The Android, as an Artifact Creature, would usually be Colorless, of course.
The real Jace Corso is Black, no question about that, and the original Portia Lin and Marcus Boone (and therefore their AU versions) are Black or dual-color Black/Red.
