The way they're walking is like how they are interacting; Killian was more out-going in showing his love, and Emma was more casual and cautious.
Then, Emma's the more out-going one because she literally chose him over the darkness then chose to save him with it. And Killian's more putting on airs, stiff, because he's pretending that it didn't feel like the biggest betrayal of his life.
