These vegan dark chocolate baked breakfast donuts are a delicious and indulgent treat perfect for starting your day. They are moist, fluffy, and rich in chocolate flavor, making them a satisfying breakfast or snack option. Plus, they're easy to make and entirely plant-based!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Melt the coconut oil and add the vanilla extract to a different bowl. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until they are just barely mixed. Add the dark chocolate chips and mix well. Fill up each donut hole about three quarters of the way to the top with batter after the pan is ready. Put it in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Donuts should cool in the pan for a few minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way.
